The Circle of Excellence Awards
Since its established by the Florida chapter of the NCSA, the “Circle of Excellence” has been adopted by the national association as the industry’s premier recognition program in the U.S.A.
The program recognizes those service providers who work tirelessly to deliver the highest level of service to their customers. Supported by a committee of chapter members, the program has recognized numerous professionals in the areas of Collections, Customer Service, Help Desk Support and Sales.
