About the Program
Our Circle of Excellence (COE) Program has delivered on its promise to recognize outstanding service professionals since it was established by the Central Florida Chapter in 2006. The COE program recognizes those service providers who work tirelessly to deliver the highest level of service to their customers.
Drive Specific Results
The excitement begins at the contact center level, where organizations conduct a search for their next “Circle of Excellence” honorees. Each center nominates the top performer of their choosing using any performance data and criteria the center chooses.
Allnominees will be entered under the category of “Customer Service” as we believe “service” can take many forms! Whether the “customer” is the patron to a business or an internal stakeholder, Customer Service translates across all instances.
Awards Banquet and Recognition
Honorees move on to appear at an awards breakfast in conjunction with National Customer Service Week in October. This is where they learn if they have been deemed the “Best of the Best” in Central Florida based on their individual service. From our group of nominees, an overall recipient is selected to be the Diamond Award Winner, the highest honor.
This Circle of Excellence program is one of the many benefits in becoming a member of the Central Florida Chapter. Every year we receive comments from department leaders of how motivating this program is to their associates.
