About The Program
Our Circle of Excellence Program has delivered on its promise to recognize outstanding service professionals since it was established by the Central Florida Chapter in 2006. As a result, the national association has adopted “Circle of Excellence’ as the industry’s premier recognition program in the U.S.A. The program recognizes those service providers who work tirelessly to deliver the highest level of service to their customers. Supported by a committee of chapter members, the program has recognized numerous professionals in the areas of Collections, Customer Service, Help Desk Support and Sales.
Drive Specific Results
The excitement begins at the contact center level, where organizations host their own search for their next “Circle of Excellence” honorees. Each organization creates and implements a contest utilizing specific metrics, which they determine individually. The contest is generally four weeks long and runs during the months of May and June. Center level winners in each category receive recognition internally.
Honorees move on to appear at an awards breakfast, held at the MetroWest Golf Club on Thursday, Oct. 4 from 7:30 - 9:30 in conjunction with National Customer Service Week. This is where they learn if they have been deemed the “Best of the Best” in Central Florida for their respective area. Within each of the 4 categories, an overall recipient is selected to be the "Diamond Award Winner" of that particular category, the highest honor. Among an audience of more than 100 professionals, “Diamond Award” winners receive a trophy, as well as, knowing their efforts have been recognized as exemplary within their field.
This program is one of the many benefits and reasons in becoming a member of the Central Florida Chapter.
